We’ve always dreamt of noodles. The perfect comfort food with the right chewy-soggy combo. We set about making the perfect comfort food, frustrated by eating rotis, kotthu and fried rice every night. We wanted it to be unique, homemade, filling but still very affordable as we eat 21 meals per week you know?
